10 Minute Dance Fusion Workout for Beginners

Join freelance dance practitioner Sophie for a 10 minute dance fusion workout for beginners during Get Moving Week 2026 at the Virtual Village Hall in partnership with Yakult. Get your body moving to a wide range of music inspired by the 1950s to now. The session is accessible for anyone with physical limitations and can be done standing or seated.
This 10 minute session is designed as an exercise snack. Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement throughout the day that can have a positive impact on our health and wellbeing, using gentle, accessible movements you can easily fit into your day.
