Join champion bartender Cameron as he demonstrates how to make an English Garden, a delicious summer cocktail and alcohol-free version. This super simple recipe using basic ingredients is easy to follow and deliciously refreshing for summer days.

Please drink responsibily and remember that to drink alcohol you must be over 18.

Materials and equipment you'll need to take part:

  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 75ml apple juice
  • 50 ml soda water
  • 50 ml gin (optional)  
  • Ice
  • Mint
  • Cucumber
  • Tall (highball) glass
  • Alcohol measure (or eggcup or measuring jug)
  • Stirrer or spoon
