Tone and firm with hand weights

Community exercise instructor Tracey leads this easy to follow 40 minute gentle toning exercise class to music. Great for conditioning, toning and strengthening muscles. You will need a set of hand weights. If you don’t have hand weights, you could use food tins or water bottles.

Prep: make sure you have plenty of space, clear any potential hazards, wear comfortable clothes and shoes/trainers.

  • Plenty of space to move
  • Comfortable clothing and shoes/trainers
  • Hand weights (you could also use food tins or water bottles)
  • Water
