A short introduction to Nia (neuromuscular integrative action or Non Impact Aerobics) - a gentle, holistic health and wellbeing fitness practice that addresses the whole person: mind, body and spirit. Practised with bare feet, it is designed to explore the joy of natural movement. There are two full classes to enjoy following this short introductory video.
