This short 8 minute session from Royal Voluntary Service volunteer and experienced crocheter Celia is an introduction to crochet for beginners. Celia demonstrates basic crochet stitches like chain stitch, double crochet, treble crochet and double treble crochet.

Prep: gather your materials and equipment 

Video time: 8 minutes (allow for additional time to pause the video to follow the instructions or to try out a technique)

  • Yarn (wool, plastic, cotton)
