Join craft author and needle felt exert Steffi from The Makerss as she demonstrates how to needle felt a decorative heart with a hanging ribbon, using felting wool batts and a felting needle. Learn how to shape from wool and add features too.

Materials and equipment you'll need to take part:

Materials: 

• 15g of red New Zealand Merino Wool Batts 
• 1g of white New Zealand Wool Batts 
• 1 x length of ribbon of about 20-30cm long 

Tools: 

• 1 x coarse (#36), 1 x medium (#38) and 1 x fine (#40) felting needle 
• 1 x wool felting mat
• 1 x sewing needle and thread to sew the ribbon into place
